Great brush for cutting and trimming! Comfortable to hold, straight bristles. Excellent purchase! See photo:

First of all I would like to say that I am not a painter by trade; just an amateur artist with the skills of a homeowner. After seeing the rave reviews for this brush, I bought it just before I started repainting our master bedroom. As you can see in the attached image, this room has lots of curves, a cathedral window, cabinets and doors which makes decorating quite a chore. Discover this Wooster brush with a comfortable grip and thick, straight and durable synthetic bristles. I was able to get such a nice, even edge with this brush that I didn't even use tape; even around the oddly shaped windowsill. The brush takes paint well and is a near-perfect size for grip and color spacing, allowing you to brush the roller to the end of the 2-inch line. After use I cleaned it in warm water and it kept its shape for later use. I will be using it on all my future painting projects as it is inexpensive, durable and effective even for the hobbyist. When I opened the box, the brush had a crooked bristle or two, maybe due to shipping, but I clipped it and went on my way to save time, avoid frustration, and get the job of cutting and trimming done. I would definitely recommend this brush to anyone in need of a haircut or haircut. I also have a 3" Purdy Nylox brush which is also great for finishing (especially ceilings) but I actually prefer the feel of this Wooster brush during use.
