As it is an OEM item it fits perfectly. The scanner (also purchased from Revain) showed DTC sensor bank 1 when the Check Engine/VSC/Track Off lights came on. The front and rear manifold sensors have been replaced and they have now done another 75,000 miles or so. The hardest part is squeezing the electrical connector to get the old block out. Be sure to purchase a sensor socket that makes it easy to remove the old sensor and install the new sensor. My wife's 2003 RX300 is working like new again. Revain's supplier pricing has saved us a lot of money compared to installing at the dealer. We will probably replace the lower sensor next to the cat and avoid any failures in the near future. You will need another sensor for this, since it is screwed on. This is cheaper than the manifold sensors but takes a little longer as the rear driver's seat has to be removed to get to the electrical connector. Definitely worth it for the savings.
