I think it's a good product

This product is pretty good for what it promises. Fermented BCAAs from plants are a plus + most other popular brands use cheaper BCAAs made from hair and nails. I can tell you that I do a pre workout where I typically drink 34-38 ounces of water per workout. With this I tried to keep each set constantly moisturized. I read the bottle, couldn't find anything about carcinogenic ingredients in it. So the old rating/review I read was wrong on my bottle. I don't normally take BCAAs because I bought into the "BCAAs are a waste of money" ad. the effect of this product occurs.
