The most useful things are the automatic data that you get, and the ability for me to view the daily orders and their status. I dislike that you can only use this software for restaurants in the US. Sometimes this makes it difficult to make orders in another language as well. SmartRest lets me manage the day to day operations of my restaurant. The only problem I have is that sometimes I don't receive automatic updates which can make the process more difficult. You can also easily see all the orders which are being made on your restaurant. The customer support team has been very responsive at all times I have needed assistance with my account or questions related specifically about their product (Smartrest). Nothing so far! They are great people who care deeply for customers success as well as theirs own growth personally/business wise through our relationship together - they always want what's best not only just now but also into future endeavors both personal & professional between us-the client /customerand themselfs!
