Review on 🔧 Autel MX-Sensor Dual Frequency TPMS Sensors: Universal Programmable Tire Pressure Monitoring (Pack of 4) by Brent Henderson

Bought 4 packs of these MX1 TPMS sensors to fit a 2007 Chevy Tahoe with Autels TS508. All 4 old TPMS sensors failed to scan due to battery failure, tried to copy via OBD but the tool failed to connect to the ECM and auto create also didn't work. Called tech support and spoke to a representative who obviously was unfamiliar with the product and was reading directly from the guided diagnostic procedure. After 30 minutes on the phone with him, with the tool and the truck, he told me to update the tool and try to relearn the sensors. I updated the tool the day before and found that it doesn't have the answers. Having no help I decided to change the model year and see if that would work. By changing the tool input to a 2008 Chevy Tahoe, the tool will now see the TPMS information in the ECM. Now I could copy via OBD, bleed all 4 tires and program the new MX1 TPMS sensors. I hope this review helps the next man as I couldn't find any information to help me and tech support should write this in a guided diagnostic procedure. I love AUTEL products and have several tools, that was my first problem, but it worked out in the end.
