I have just replaced an inexpensive dome camera with this Zosi and am very satisfied. The low price almost made me look elsewhere as I wanted better quality than I had, but with Revain's no-hassle return policy I took a chance. I'm very glad I did because this camera works very well. Others say it's plastic, but that's only partially true. The camera ball is made of thick metal and the base is made of high-quality plastic. The only problem I had was that one of the rubber bumpers that held the ball in place when installing it came loose when aiming the camera, I just had to re-glue it. This explains why some reviewers complained about not being able to tighten it. The picture quality is excellent, see my old photos for comparison with Zosi. The second is an ancient unnamed chamber. Both shots had bright sun and were taken just a few hours apart. Zosi was a huge improvement!
