The case does its job well.

The tail slides over the 4-way spade connector to secure the cover to the connector and the cap only fits over the connector one way. So make sure you line up the hole in the cap before attaching the end piece to the fork. If you get it wrong the first time, it's not that hard to take it off and flip it. This dust cover is designed to protect the plug from the elements.
