I've recently discovered a long hidden hobby of restoring power tools and giving them away to friends :) The polishing pads I'm reviewing are definitely extremely useful. Here are a few quick facts: use a very light touch, don't press too hard - they WEAR, as any sandpaper you buy will rub off - if you don't apply strong pressure they can go on (all the metal parts of the circular saw i polished 1 brown disc - the roughest) - As you approach the edge parts of the disc fly off and it wears out MUCH faster. Use different angles to avoid climbing over the edge - use at least eye protection. Small pieces fly away. In summary, I basically paid 25 cents to have my circular saw polished/cleaned. It's worth it. BE GENTLE (that's a sign of real masculinity!)
