Review on Cardone 40 2003 Remanufactured Domestic Wiper by Oscar Thompson
No quality control in the wiper
The wiper motor works great, except that the motor is very noisy. You couldn't hear the OEM engine. However, I have to turn on the radio so I don't have to hear the replacement wiper motor. So the price wasn't that good after all. There are no quality control people in Cardona?
