After installing this unit in my car shortly after purchasing it in August, it failed. As I work from home I have probably only used this phone holder a dozen times in the last 2 months. The suction cup and positioning arm worked great, but when I put my phone in the mount last Monday I noticed that the adjustment nut was broken (cracked). This is very disappointing as I set up this device 2 months ago and haven't touched any of the setup features to change the position of the phone. The fact that it cracked tells me the material is too brittle for this application. I am using an iPhone 11 which must be too heavy for this device. As my 30 day warranty has expired I wasted my money having to buy a replacement holder.
