I like that this phone is very easy to use, it's really not much of anything in particular about my experience with them as far as service goes they have been great from day one! They are always willing to help you out even if its something small or simple!! Sometimes there can be some lag time when sending text messages but other than thats all i've ever had issues withe their services so overall pretty good just keep using until your ready for changeover then switch over. We used cdma phones at our old job where we were working inside an office building before moving into actual homes/apartments outside which was more costly because AT&T doesn't provide data plans anymore unless someone has purchased any device through apple (iphone) - otherwise no cell towers actually exist within walking distance etc.. This made transferring contacts between devices difficult since only certain people could receive calls.
