I needed ice packs to keep my breast milk cold for 14 hours during a day trip. I also wanted them to be cheap so if the TSA makes me throw them out, I wouldn't throw out the ones that cost a lot of bucks. They worked great. They were a bit big for my Medela fridge so I folded the edges before freezing and they fit perfectly in the fridge. I've used 3 and although I kept adding warm milk to the cooler on a hot day only the top ice pack melted and it was still cold. The middle one was soggy on the sides and the bottom one was still frozen. These are great little ice packs that don't get wet from condensation when heated. The bonus was that the TSA didn't bother me at all, even when they started to soften.
