Cold After Hours

I needed ice packs to keep my breast milk cold for 14 hours during a day trip. I also wanted them to be cheap so if the TSA makes me throw them out, I wouldn't throw out the ones that cost a lot of bucks. They worked great. Since I live in a hotel, I prepare meals for three days before entering. My hotel room has a refrigerator, but I need groceries that will stay cold for about 16 hours. I found this very difficult. When packing my lunch for on the go I use a 12 fridge which I think works pretty well and holds a good portion of food. I
