These molds are easy to use to make Hershey's kiss-sized chocolate chips. I'm on a sugar free diet so I make my own treats with these molds. Simply mix together some unsweetened cocoa powder, melted cocoa butter, and stevia or monk fruit and pour into molds, then refrigerate for a few hours until the mixture sets. Turn the ramekins upside down on a plate and pull out by squeezing your little finger. If you soak the trays in some hot soapy water right after you empty them, they're pretty easy to clean. I haven't tried cleaning them in the dishwasher, but they are dishwasher safe. Good silicone quality for the price. I also bought mini chip trays from this company to make chocolate chips for cookies. These work fine too.
