Review on 🐾 Rubie's Ewok Pet Costume - Star Wars Inspired by Jenny Thomas

The fabric and cut are a bit cheap but for the price it's a cute little costume that definitely reminds me of these little denizens of Endor. I would appreciate a little more detail and embellishment, but it's actually fine. However, my issue is the fit of the headgear. Which doesn't necessarily have to be a fault on the part of the manufacturer, but I should have noticed. My dog is a Brussels Griffon, a breed very similar to the Ewoks (which is why I was looking for this specific costume). The breed has a small so-called domed skull/head and almost no snout (not much work on that). Their head shape resembles pugs/shitsu/etc. The headgear of this suit has a drawstring tie which is great but the entire hood turned out to be too big regardless of my dog's temperament. The ears dangle and don't stand up and the hat just doesn't fit properly on my little fella, not perfect for photos. My advice: (if you have this breed or a similar one) and you have the money and inclination - buy the right size for your dog and also go one size smaller. A smaller headset might work better for small dogs with curved heads like mine.
