5 Seconds of Cooling

So I bought this as a highly suggested product for Summer pregnancy. It was said to help to give your swollen feet a much needed cooling sensation.After using this for about a month now, I can say that the so called ‘cooling sensation’ does happen but it lasts for about 5 seconds after spraying and then quickly disappears. The scent is long lasting and a pleasant, energizing scent. Overall, I wouldn’t really recommend this product.

The peppermint oil in the foot spray has antimicrobial properties that helps to prevent foot odor and infection

Cons

The product may not be effective for individuals with excessive sweating
