Threads not cut deep enough to start. Poor QC.
The threads were not cut deep enough to use. It is a taper thread and these would not start into a few different tools with similar female threads. Even after removing some of the red sealant these were too large to start. Poor quality control. I'll recut these deeper but wasting my time.
