it works just fine.
I installed the filter in my refrigerator today. It says it is a replacement for my refrigerator, but the rubber alignment locking nubs on the side are different, they're square notched vice rounded notched. As a result, it takes more effort to twist the filter into place, but the filter will seat and lock into place correctly. I'll have to monitor it over the next few days to ensure it doesn't leak. But for now, it works just fine.
- This is a much more cost saving item for my Samsung Refridgerator/Ice maker system.
- May require additional maintenance that could be costly
