Review on Lamp LED Yeelight Smart LED Bulb 1S, YLDP13YL, E27, 8.5 W, 6500 K by Stanislaw Kimsa ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I'm satisfied, it's a good purchase.

I switched to these bulbs from Hiper IOT61 RGB due to Apple HomeKit support (Both brands are relatively cheap, so I compare them) Minuses: 1: Simple light is slightly dimmer than Hiper by 10-15 percent 2: The Hiper application is much more convenient and understandable 3: Despite the support of HomeKit, it is almost impossible to manage colors, because the color scheme does not correspond to the actual color at all! 4: Two lamps were not added to HomeKit, I’ll tell you more later! 5: After the ate, one of the lamps fell off the native application Pros: 1: Ability to customize in HomeKit, and therefore create automations with other accessories like Aqara, etc., unlike Hiper 2: And also works great with Alice, as well as Hiper 3: The native app has cool job profiles like Candle, date, etc. 4: Very juicy and BRIGHT colors unlike Hiper 5: Smooth ignition and decay Well, now I will share my general impression of these lamps! I bought two pieces. When setting up the lamps through HomeKit, there was a problem, 1 bulb was added without difficulty, but 2 gave an error that the accessory was already added, you need to reset and try again! Only the reset of 2 lamps helped at the moment of adding! In the Yeelight Application, Mi Home, Alice was thrown automatically, but after the ate, one of the lamps flew out from everywhere except Apple, and had to be reset and everything was new! Combine in groups without problems in any application! Another huge minus, if you change the color to any other in HomeKit, the brightness drops by 30 percent, and you can restore 100% only through the Yeelight, Mi Home, Alice application, so it’s convenient to only change the brightness, on / off through Apple. and change the color drastically, but even here it’s a cant, it’s almost impossible to achieve a normal color (Colors stupidly do not match), Alice helps out! Automation was easily created through Apple, with the Aqara switch on / off both lamps! In general, I am satisfied with the lamps, thanks to HomeKit, if it were not for the connection problems at the very beginning! And so Hiper is not much more convenient!

Pros
  • Works with HomeKit and Alice, brightly shines with colorful colors
Cons
  • There was a problem with the connection, not very intuitive native application, Not very bright standard White, Warm and Cold light!

Has pros: Works well most of the time, love the integration with Apple HomeKit Its cons: Periodically there are glitches and the lamp does not respond to commands.
