Review on 💧 SZZIJIA 1/2" AC 110V Automatic Timed Water Tank Drain Valve with 2-Way Direct-Acting Function - US Plug by David Edwards

I installed this on my 3hp air compressor. 60 gallons. I am satisfied with its performance. However, as mentioned here, using a timer will limit you to drain intervals every 45 minutes for 24 hours. 24 times a day is overkill. It is not possible to set the timer once a day, for example, which would be optimal if the compressor is not used every day. To get around this and to make it easier to use, I've connected the timer to a remote outlet for now, which I can just turn on when I walk into the store. Eventually I'll probably wire it directly to the auto-on compressor switch, but that's another job I don't have time for. Right now, Zijia makes draining the air compressor less of a chore, but it would be much better if they improved the timer once a day. However, if the timer were improved and some of the parts were metal instead of plastic I would give it 5 stars.
