The product received was not exactly what I ordered even though it had the correct part number. The pads were supposed to be organic for the early G35, but the packaging says "ceramic". Either the packaging is mislabeled, or they're using "ceramic" as a new buzzword, or it's actually a mix of organic and ceramic. Everywhere the trend seems to be towards ceramics. Normally I would use ceramic, but Nissan/Infiniti rims are inherently very soft and wear out quickly and the dealer initially advised against using ceramic for this reason. In contrast, the current G35 (7) uses ceramic, but the discs are different too. So who knows?
