Best product I have ever reviewed, I recommend it to everyone!

It feels like an absolutely monolithic design in the hand, without backlashes and gaps! Previously, I already owned the same one (there is a review here), but I was satisfied with CANON EOS 5D Mark III. Then SIGMA 30mm F1.4 DC DN Contemporary on Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mark II (there is also a review), now I decided to return to this lens for Sony Alpha ILCE-7M2. In all three cases - without disappointment. Firmware Ver.01 at the time of purchase, bug-free. The lens focuses quickly enough and where it is needed. This makes me happy. On the bayonet sits like a glove. I bought a new one and 5.000 cheaper, it pleases even more. )))
As an option, I also considered another glass, namely the TAMRON 28-75mm f / 2.8 zoom (by the way, no less sharp on all FRs), which is 25% cheaper and with a 5-year warranty, but after holding it in my hands I did not dare and chose this one. I don't think I miscalculated. I recommend to buy!
P. S. Lens for SONY E looks different than here in the photo, because. it has a longer shank which makes it really bulky.

Pros

Universal FR 35mm. Aperture f/1.4! Excellent used optical elements, materials and design with dust and moisture protection (and not on paper, but really there is a rubber sealing ring at the place of attachment to the bayonet). Sharp with an open, just ringing. Artistic pleasant bokeh of the ART-line, without any curls. Filter 67mm. The presence of an autofocus switch on the body. The presence of a scale. Great hood and lids. Already the traditional presence of a branded durable and hard case and with its better quality than competitors. There are no complaints about the firmware. Made in Japan.

Cons

Dimensions and weight, but everything is clear why. The price tag (however, as always, it is not more expensive than for other systems). Small XA, like most fast lenses, and even much more expensive ones.
