The system works well with our local ISP which allows us to use VPNs without any issues (although it does not work from home). I have nothing negative about this service at all other than maybe they could add more options in their pricing tiers or something but overall we are happy customers! If you need secure remote access then try using your own personal computer instead of renting someone else's device/company hardware - there will be fewer headaches involved if things don't go according plan :) We primarily connect via RDP so having full security when doing sensitive tasks such as patching servers remotely makes life easier especially during times where internet connectivity can easily become spotty outside offices / buildings.
