Full disclosure: I have only tried 1 of the 2 goggles I received, and I haven't used the nose pieces yet. I may end up not needing to. My eyes were still burning from the non-goggle lap swim I'd taking a few days before, so I was a little impatient to try the goggles out, and I didn't bother fine tuning with the nose piece or anything. The straps needed to be tightened a little (which I expected). I got the goggles positioned, adjusted, and then went for a 22-lap swim. I didn't need to empty them, defog them, or otherwise mess with them the whole time I was in the water! I'm so pleased and impressed. This was a worthwhile purchase, and my sensitive eyes thank you.
