I bought this for my husband who has acid reflux, back problems and sleep apnea which sometimes causes him to get out of bed and sleep in a chair. He hasn't had a night like this since getting it and finds it uncomfortable for a "normal" night. I've tried sitting up in bed to read and the angle isn't exactly ideal for that. It's very durable, which is good, and stays cool. My husband likes the adjustable configuration and finds it to be most beneficial for elevating the knees to relieve back pain. I'm giving 4 stars because it's a good product, maybe not as practical as I was hoping. However, if the pillow gets a lot of use and proves to be just what my husband needs, I will downgrade this rating to 5 stars.
