We were looking for several power failure indicators to complement our built in power failure indicators. It's a great combination of shutdown lamp, flashlight and daily night light. They plug into an outlet and will not block the second plug allowing it to be used. The brightness is good for illuminating a room enough to move or use this light as a flashlight. When you need more light, just leave it in emergency light mode and this light is brighter than a flashlight. There are a total of three lights on this power failure indicator. They all work fine.
