You can't do much better for the price. It's super light weight with excellent sound quality and great fitting soft ear tips. Both the bell and the diaphragm have been comparable to most Littmann's I have tried. I also recommend the Omron Sprague which is an even better deal.Frankly, a stethoscope is a very simple tool, there is no reason why it should have to cost $100+. There are cheap scopes out there that have pitiful sound quality though the effort and materials required to make decent to excellent scope shouldn't be very expensive unless it's electronic.
