Pros: Much brighter than the competition at this price! I think others only offer 18W in this price range. 18W might be good for the night but too weak for the daytime hours IMO. Comes with (2) magnet/suction cup mounts that have held up perfectly in my safety car up to 45-50 mph with no issues. Extra long cable with good rubber feel. Cooling switch at the end of the adapter 12, which has two functions. One is a backlit on/off function and the other is a momentary toggle switch to switch to other modes. (16) actually how to look at "off" mode. Also supports last save mode which is good when turned off! Cons: Not large (they offer a larger version for $100) so may be smaller than many would like, but a standard size in this price range. can not comment. If that has given you 4-6 months in harsh conditions, this price is a steal for the sheer brightness of the light! Used all week long on hot summer days.
