I am able to manage all of our customer's data from one location, without having to drive into the office everyday! The interface has been very helpful for creating reports with all customers at once. There have been some minor issues here or there but nothing major as far as features go. Make sure you look over their service level agreement before signing anything as sometimes they don't meet expectations after your contract expires. We were dealing with multiple vendors who had an old system, which was difficult trying to get information together all in one place. This solved so many problems by giving us everything we needed where in one spot and allowed me not to worry about driving back into the office daily.
