For many years I have been doing sports to get rid of muscle pain. Due to the global pandemic, I needed my own set of massage balls after the quarantine order as I was no longer able to work directly with my trainer. I really like this set because it comes with a really nice mesh carry case. which tracks all balls easily so you don't lose them. Each ball is designed to relieve muscle tension. I particularly like the double ball, which I can use to massage the muscles around my spine. The rivet ball really helps cut into my legs after a long day of standing and walking. Each ball is made of hard rubber rather than soft, soft material - perfect for really applying some pressure and digging into those tight muscles. The hardest part is stopping my dog from stealing them and wanting to play!
