Just had robotic surgery to repair 3 small hernias and my diastasis recti. I heard having one of these post-op surgeries would be helpful, but I had no idea how life-changing it would be. I weigh about 160 and mine is 5'4. I use this pillow with my regular pillow on it to support my head. I sleep on my back all night and can easily and comfortably get myself into a sitting position by pushing myself up with my arms at my sides. I guess I'll have to sleep like this for many weeks/months to come, but it's better than having to stack a bunch of pillows! To be honest... if you're on your doorstep preparing for surgery, my best advice is to buy this one.
