After ordering these once and the package being completely lost and untraceable as a result, we were upset and ordered a second set after receiving a refund. While I can say that we successfully installed the light, I can also say that it was worth the blood, sweat and tears. And a roll of duct tape. These little mo*fos do NOT tell you to pierce the LED strip, nor do they tell you that the copper side - if there is only one side with copper - is necessary. We learned this the long and hard way - it was repetitive trial and error and shouting. . Daybetter piercing lights are NOT included! You have to squeeze your finger or other small object several times until it finally gives and makes a hole. Overall: It works. It's just hell to get there, and even when you get there it won't be noticeably less than perfect (we had to use duct tape to apply pressure to keep the RGB+ properly connected to the pins for some reason?) Pros: Checks if your marriage is meant to last. Finally works. Cons: Even after you've made it, the stress you went through will make your victory bittersweet.
