I have no problems with pla sticking! Petg I use Magigoo as a buffer for the Pei surface to avoid permanent sticking. I print Petg at 240°C and in bed at 75°C and Creality warns about high temperatures but says it's good for Petg? Anyway, I'm typing petg! A tip: Rub the surface of the Pei with 000 steel wool when the filament starts to lose its grip. I do this every now and then once a year! Solves sticking problems! Before each print I wipe with 91% alcohol to remove hand and fingerprints from bending. Same on my 1 year old Creality Pei surface on a different printer.
