High quality fan that matches our desired look. It has a wireless remote control which I didn't use as I had separate switches for the fan and light on my wall. The fan does not need to be balanced, but comes with a balancing kit. The fan moves a little less air than the previous fan, but it suits my needs. The light works well for what it is, but it's not very bright. However, he replaced the fan with four 60W LED bulbs, and the built-in LED puts out about the same amount of light as a 75W incandescent bulb . I was afraid the light was too far in the blue spectrum but it works well despite the rest of my bulbs being warm white and not neutral. I give it a solid 4 stars. To get an extra star from me, the fan would need to move a little more air and have a brighter built-in LED light.
