So, I have serious disease problems when I don't eat enough, hunger affects me quicker than most, which obviously leaves me with a greater need to ensure I'm getting enough nutrients in survival situations because I can't last that long without food. To try this I've been eating minimally for the last two days and only in the mornings to be close to starvation, it's a good couple of hot days too. I picked up a few and went to a nice forest park that I know has a long way to go and went hiking. I took 4 before the hike and had 3 with me before the drink so I didn't have to carry a water bottle on the trip Light I walked and sweated for a few hours while walking the 3 I took with me. Aside from some brutal sun (90 degrees Michigan in May, quite warm) I'm fine, typing this while sitting in the car drinking water afterwards and not feeling like I've eaten anything since apple got in here in the morning when I would normally stagger with hunger. So I give a thumbs up. Some notes: - they're pretty tasty, a little chalky but edible, they taste like MRE milkshakes, not bad, they're easy to eat - the packaging needs some work, it's definitely sealed and protective, but it's quite bulky , could definitely do better with a more compact pack ^_ but for my hike as it was relatively short I only took 3 and put them in a small zip which I then tucked in the pocket of my old patrol cap from the base - you need it Definitely add water - you should definitely watch out for allergies - I wouldn't necessarily recommend these as a camping or camping ration, since they are low in calories you definitely need something more substantial if you're stressed but to survive keep them in mine anyway Bag for "crappy fan beats" is a good thing to keep you going until you find more substantial sustenance, but not something you try un d live in time me from the apocalypse. (unless you REALLY have to).-i I learned how my body works or doesn't work properly based on my diet, so I got to know my body and it has definitely made a difference. MADE IN AMERICA.
