There were 2 sheets torn at the bottom. In summer my feet can get pretty rough from walking barefoot, so the sheets got thinner over time. I bought it to fix both, not to replace expensive high quality sheets. I was skeptical but realized it had been done. Oooh, I'm glad I did that. They were perfect for use on sheets that were amazingly scratch resistant. And they lasted several washes. A repair is therefore worthwhile!
