Well these cutting discs are a definite improvement over standard cutting discs which are brittle and wear out quickly. I've lost count of how many of those stock bikes have broken on me - very frustrating. And even if you're very careful not to break them, standard wheels wear out quickly. These reinforced cut-off wheels have greatly improved durability and wear resistance; With one I was able to cut through two car muffler bolts, one 9/16" and one 11/16" without breaking and with little wheel wear. Very happy with this purchase!
