It says the CLOUD insole and the pair I ordered 6 months ago for my special needs son had a SOFT cloud-like insole (I've been buying this brand for him for years), but THIS - say it, but they have hard cardboard, like an insole, and it's TERRIBLE - BLISTERS REMAIN ON ALL LEGS. They're hard and tough - and falling apart - it's awful they can advertise them as SUCH "CLOUDS" SNEAKERS they used to be - I noticed as soon as I opened the box but his others were torn MONEY - thrown away - RETURN ORIGINAL - I am all for the environment and use recycled materials, but not if it hurts my child.
