I really like everything about this system but its ease of use is key for me! The customer service has been great too during my initial setup process as well at all other times that we have worked together so far (we've only done 2 meetings). Easy access into our database from anywhere in Canada which helps us keep track if any changes are needed with insurance providers or rules/regulations etc - it's extremely helpful when dealing internationally especially over email because there aren't enough hours available each day due time differences!! We also recently purchased new computers now that they're more up-to date than what was originally used before going live; however since some features were not fully implemented yet until after launch such things could be considered minor glitches though nothing major overall just an inconvenience here &"there" depending how long one uses them throughout your business year :) This software makes life easier by keeping everyone informed.
