I like that this is an easily accessible tool to see what my clients are paying, how much they have paid in claims over time, or even just to get some general information about their health plans. The system has been slow at times but it's improving. It can be difficult to understand if there is something wrong with your plan because you don't know what the payer actually pays out each month. Try it! They've had some changes recently which makes tracking things easier, so we're hopeful that it will continue to improve. We use it as one of our sources when looking up rates from different carriers for our client-facing database.
