The main benefit of using veriCRed is that it has helped me to improve my workflow, which in turn allows us better communication with our patients/clients about their care plans - allowing them more ownership over this process vs being told what they need by someone else outside themselves! I like that this is an easily accessible tool to see what my clients are paying, how much they have paid in claims over time, or even just to get some general information about their health plans. The system has been slow at times but it's improving. It can be difficult to understand if there is something wrong with your plan because you don't know what the payer actually pays out each month.
