I am a medical student and I have some serious exams this year which I hope I will pass. This year I also had to study at home. Therefore, the lighting of the learning area is important to me. I was looking for a good value for money product and after a few days I decided on this lamp (approval process). It's finally on my desk. My first impressions:(+)ProsWeight (lighter than expected)Height (enough for long tutorials)Texture (feels nice but don't use nails)Gooseneck (which would be better for touching up)Color (matte=no glare, black= not distracting) Adjustable light (like a light palette for learning) No glare (many textbooks have glossy paper) Price (although you can say it's worth it) Illumination range (enough to focus a job) (-) Cons The lowest light level could be lower I fear negative comments :) I think I made the right choice of a lamp effective for study/reading, NOW (November 2, 2016) I will rewrite my review if I have any problems or seeing good things that I realize later after using it.
