I used it to control a light connected to my SmartThings hub. I set it up in minutes with no problems. The only limitation I encountered is that the button is NOT supported by IFTT. I called Samsung to ask. I expect support to come. If you try to create an IFFT rule, the button will NOT be listed under any of the triggers. To launch IFFT with a button you need to use this workaround: 1) Create a virtual button in the old SmartThings app or SmartThings Groovy IDE on the web. 2) Use SmartLighting in the SmartThings app to create a rule that turns on the virtual switch when the button is clicked 3) In IFFT, use a virtual switch as a trigger. SmartThings virtual switches are listed in IFTT, but the buttons are not. I wanted my Roomba to clean the room when I press the button and I used this workaround to achieve that. Now I want SmartThings to make a switch that looks like a Decora light. Manipulator or multi-button switch. Others I tried didn't work properly.
