The bottle on the right is from SafeHome Bacteria and the other bottle is from another company that I bought from Amazon. I am shocking our well and trying for the 4th time to pass the water lab test (E. coli and common cauliflower) to refinance our house and someone told me to use this homemade test bottle, I bought another one from another company To do this, make sure that the result is correct. I have filled both bottles almost to the neck with our well water and put them on our 'incubation' water heater for 2 days and to my surprise they have different results, as you can see they are different colours, yellow is a negative result of Bacteria and blue/light green is positive for bacteria. So with no other choice I called the water lab to retest our well water and as a result our well came back negative for E. coli and common cauliform. This bottle is not exactly as you can see in the picture.
