While the shovel is ok and certainly cheaper than the OEM buckets, the brackets supplied did not work. The curve of the piece of metal was not bent properly and the fasteners would not close to allow the screw to pass through the holes. I tried installing them on a 2018 MT 07 fork. Because the metal of these staples is very thick, I couldn't modify them. They would be very strong if the curvature was correct. I don't know if other braces have the same problem. And I had. The bucket came without rubber boots but was well packed. The quality of the paintwork is basic. I wouldn't be surprised if the coat wasn't good enough on some of the more expensive bikes. I personally would prefer a more expensive finish and am willing to spend maybe double the money in combination with good CNC machined mounts. I have found other brackets on Amazon that fit very well and work with this bucket, but the bucket is steel and very heavy. I would probably use the third bracket from the bottom. For the MT07, this bucket doesn't seem too big, but on my 2018 ABS model, a lot of cables would have to be rerouted to make room.
