This software is awful. I bought it because I thought it would be better than Salesforce, but I was wrong.

The software is completely worthless. There is no way to customize it to fit our business needs. No customization whatsoever. It's completely impossible to add new contacts or users. All information is stored on a cloud database that costs $10/month per user. Not exactly scalable if you ever decide to grow. Their documentation is absolutely terrible. They have zero training materials. You have to go through their support team to figure anything out. And if you're lucky, they'll actually understand what you're asking and give you a response. They literally have no idea what they're doing. If you need any type of customization beyond what the default version offers, forget it. If you want to change the colors, fonts, or layouts of any screens, forget it. The whole thing feels abandoned. Their website is also horrible. I couldn't navigate it without constantly getting 404 errors. When I called support, I was told it was a bug in the site, and they couldn't offer me any support for the issue because I hadn't paid for the license yet. So I ended up paying for the software, even though I didn't like it.
