I installed these resistors on my xenon headlights today and so far so good. I connected them in parallel to ground and positive wires. Basically, one end goes to each of the - and + wires. I haven't checked the flicker issue because I'm waiting for it to get dark. But they work as long as voltage flows through them. For the price, this offer is unbeatable! Although they are very HOT. I mean, 2nd degree burns hot! The way I installed them, they hang freely in the air (under the hood of course) so they don't come in contact with anything. If you can't mount it that way, attach them to metal and make sure all the wires are disconnected from the actual resistors. I will update the flicker information soon as this is the reason I bought it. *** UPDATE 07/18/2012 *** Well, it's been a few days. These resistors really work. They almost completely eliminated the flicker. However, I changed one of my ballasts. Also, pre 2010 cars aren't really designed for HID, so you'll probably still have some flicker after resistors, relay harnesses, capacitors, etc. All in all definitely a good buy.
