Absolutely amazing. Every Razer laptop I've owned has had an issue that was covered under warranty. I assumed the invisible blades weren't their top product, so maybe that was the problem. Now I've spent $4300 on this/her top of the range 2800 Super Max - this 17 inch pro and the screen completely died within the first 30 days! I adjusted the screen angle a bit and the screen went black. I returned it to the working position and the screen was visible. I brought it back to the black screen position - and now it turns on no number of reboots and angle reconfigurations! It was about a 1 inch arc range that caused an error at a perfectly normal angle of use. I use this machine for my work and now I can't use it! And their RMA process takes over a month! (I know because my other two Razer laptops had problems within a few weeks). This is totally unacceptable. It's clear their entire line is struggling. I will never risk it and will never agree with them again when in doubt. Also, their customer service is the biggest problem outsourcing customer service bullshit I've ever encountered in my life. Even my first two laptops took weeks to get RMA approved. I'm not looking forward to the next headache. UPDATE: 3 days after opening my support ticket with Razer I still haven't received a response. but instead I got a message that I didn't reply to the ticket and it will be closed! They never contacted me or replied! Let their automated system try to close the ticket because they completely refused to even read (or respond to) my ticket! Paphos on the level of the scam! Totally ignored fulfilling their advertised guarantee!
