This is a great swim set for those who love to swim to train. It has earplugs, a noseplug, a swimming cap and goggles. Everything is soft and comfortable against your skin, which is really important when you're exposed to a lot of chlorinated water. The swimming cap fits well, it is very elastic so it can fit any size adult head. The glasses are very comfortable and the anti-fog function works well. I swim indoors in a humid environment and love the fact that I can see through my goggles for the entire hour that I'm swimming. The bag is great because I can let it dry while I shower and toss everything in the bag before going to my travel bag. The cover prevents scratches on the lenses, so they last a long time.
