it arrived and i was impressed with the quality of the finish. Seems to be holding up well. Easy to install if you follow the instructions on the box. works perfectly. A good product. But now. the center strut to which the drive arm is attached is installed upside down! I read that but bought them anyway (2) and indeed mine came out on my head. The tension spring plate on the arm will now rotate and fall off because the flange is not on top of the actuator arm. If you're developing a product that's been tested for a problem, think Q+A will pay a little attention. Obviously not. I have a trip in 2 days and need it due to damage to the trees on the old ones. So now I have to drill out the center brace and rivet it back in place. I wonder if Camco will refund my hourly rate to correct their mistake? yes it could happen
